Job Summary: Client Solutions Manager – Technology & Talent Solutions Location : Atlanta, TX, IL, CA About the Role Compunnel is a global digital talent and technology services company with over 30 years of experience helping Fortune 1000 and high-growth organizations build high-performing technology teams. We are looking for a Client Solutions Manager who enjoys building relationships, solving client challenges, and driving new business. In this role, you will partner with enterprise clients and technology leaders to deliver contract technology talent and workforce solutions that support critical business initiatives. This is a high-impact, growth-oriented sales role where you will build your own portfolio of clients while leveraging Compunnel’s global recruiting and delivery capabilities. What You’ll Do Business Development • Build and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients by introducing Compunnel’s technology talent and consulting solutions • Engage with C-level executives, procurement leaders, and hiring managers through phone, video, and in-person meetings • Identify new opportunities and drive revenue growth within existing and new accounts Partner with IT Hiring Managers • Work directly with engineering leaders, IT managers, and technology program leaders to understand project goals and hiring needs • Translate technical requirements into effective hiring strategies • Provide insights on talent availability, skill trends, and compensation benchmarks Client & Consultant Success • Deliver high-quality technology professionals for client projects • Maintain strong relationships with both clients and consultants on assignment • Ensure an exceptional client experience and resolve issues quickly when they arise Achieve Growth Goals • Meet and exceed weekly business development and placement targets • Build long-term partnerships that contribute to Compunnel’s continued growth What We’re Looking For • Bachelor’s degree • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, IT staffing, technology consulting, or tech services sales • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills • Proven ability to generate new business and close opportunities • Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Why Join Compunnel • Work with Fortune 1000 and enterprise clients • Access a global recruiting and delivery engine that supports your success • Sell integrated talent and technology solutions, not just staffing • Entrepreneurial environment where you can build and grow your own client base • Strong internal recruiting support so you can focus on client growth Thank You
