Please find the position details below: Job Title: Business Process Software Engineer (Python & JavaScript Developer) Location: Merrimack NH or Westlake TX or Jersey City , NJ or Boston MA or Smithfield RI or Covington KY (Hybrid – 2 weeks onsite , 2 weeks remote) Duration: Long term Contract with possibility of Conversion Interviews: 1 round- 60 minutes (Technical) Ideal Candidate : A hands-on Python/JavaScript developer who can design and implement complex business workflows end-to-end, translating real-world process logic into scalable production-ready code. What Is the Client Looking For? In short, they want: A Hands-On Developer (Not Just a Designer) • Strong coding experience in Python and/or JavaScript • Experience building and supporting production web applications • Someone actively coding — not someone who moved into architecture years ago Modern Engineering Practices • GitHub (source control) • CI/CD tools like Jenkins • Agile environment experience • Open to experimenting with new tools and design patterns A Business-Logic Thinker • Can understand complex workflows • Thinks through how different users interact with the system • Designs process flows logically before implementing in code End-to-End Ownership • Comfortable owning business process development fully • Writes robust, testable code • Applies automation and testing for reliability What Is the Project? The project supports the Private Shares platform, which manages how private company shares are granted to customers (such as founders, employees, or investors). The engineer will: • Build the business process workflows that control how users move through the platform • Develop logic for document generation and digital signature collection • Design and implement how multiple users interact within the system • Own workflow development end-to-end (design → code → test → support) This is not just backend coding — it’s about translating real business processes into clean, scalable technical solutions.
