SAP Financial Analyst Location : Remote 1+ Year Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst with deep expertise in Cost Center Accounting (CCA) and Project Systems (PS) modules and reporting functions to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in financial analytics, a thorough understanding of financial data flows within SAP, and the ability to deliver insightful reporting across both macro and micro views of the IT project portfolio. This is not a SAP Consulting position, it is purely a Financial Analyst role but they should have experience using SAP to trace transactions and to run reports. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze and interpret financial data flows across SAP FI/CO and PS modules. • Support VP and PMO on ad hoc and scheduled reporting and analysis of the IT Portfolio • Collaborate with finance and IT PMs to ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting for projects. • Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making. • Provide end-to-end visibility into the IT financial portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. • Support month-end and year-end financial close processes related to cost centers and projects. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. • 5+ years of working in fiance roles where SAP is underlying systeme supporting finance processes - strong functional experience with SAP specifically Cost Center Accounting and Project Systems. • Strong understanding of financial data structures and flows • Proven experience in financial analytics, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. • Expertise in SAP reporting tools • Ability to interpret and present data from both strategic (macro) and operational (micro) perspectives. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills: • Experience with SAP as functional user in FI/CO Modules • Familiarity with IT portfolio management and project governance frameworks.
