Full Description

Title: Support Services Program Manager/ Specialist Location: Remote, LA Duration: 2 years Job Description: Primary Scope of Work The resource will: • Lead integration activities between agencies and third parties with the OTS Enterprise Architecture environment • Provide quality assurance reviews as requested by management • Assist management with budgeting and cost allocation for all Enterprise Architecture lines of service • Assist OTS customer agencies with development of federal and state financial reporting • Provide subject matter expertise on applicable agency systems and technologies • Assist OTS in evaluating new technologies • Lead or assist OTS in reviewing technical documentation • Perform other duties as assigned by the executive team Mandatory Expertise / Experience Required Applicants must have: • 5+ years' experience with the OTS Enterprise Architecture environment • 20+ years' experience with technologies used within the State of Louisiana systems • 15+ years of project management experience • Experience with large-scale State Enterprise Architecture systems serving multiple agencies • Experience with rate setting, cost allocation, and invoicing • Experience determining/establishing line-of-service costs • Experience with health & human services applications, such as: • Medicaid • SNAP/TANF • Child Welfare • Child Support • Child Care Licensing programs • Experience drafting: • Advanced Planning Documents (APD) • APD Updates • Implementation APDs Cost Allocation Plans Desirable (Not Mandatory) Experience Applicants should ideally have: • Experience administering/managing large-volume projects • Experience managing task orders • 6+ years' experience performing duties in large-scale Enterprise Architecture environments • Experience drafting RFPs • Experience with Java and .NET development • Subject matter expertise with EA components like: • Nutanix / VxRail • VMware stack (ESXi, vCenter, NSX, SRM) • Windows Server / RHEL • MS SQL Server • Nagios, NewRelic • Octopus Deploy, Puppet, Splunk, Veracode • IBM and Broadcom tooling • Pentaho, webMethods, API Gateway, IAM/SSO, etc.
