Job Title: Project Manager Duration: 3 4 Years (with potential for extension) Work Model: Hybrid (minimum 2 days per week on-site) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for a long-term engagement (3 4 years or more). The role is part of the Application & Client Services team, with responsibility for aligning IT solutions with key business initiatives and successfully leading a variety of complex projects. Key Responsibilities • Manage multiple project types including: • Request for Proposals (RFPs) • Contract/scope development • Infrastructure upgrades • Application enhancements and new development • Implementation of COTS/vendor applications with multiple integrations • Identify appropriate technical approaches for projects. • Oversee the system development lifecycle and manage related tasks and resources. • Coordinate support, maintenance, and enhancements of existing applications. • Work within a hybrid schedule, ensuring at least 2 days per week are spent on-site. Must-Have Qualifications • 5+ years of Agile project management experience. • Proven experience with large-scale platform modernization projects. • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies. • Hands-on, proactive self-starter with strong teamwork skills. • Ability to meet tight internal and external deadlines. • High-level understanding of: • Web application programming • Content management systems • APIs • Databases • System design • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. • Skilled in building relationships at all organizational levels. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to professionally engage with developers, product owners, and subject matter experts. Nice-to-Have Qualifications • Experience managing vendor/COTS implementations. • Ability to advocate for change and effectively communicate project value. • Skilled at building consensus among stakeholders with diverse perspectives.
