Job Title: Data Analyst Location: Hackensack, New Jersey Contract Duration: 4 Months Position Overview Under the direction of a Program Manager, the Data Analyst will support operational workflows by reviewing, validating, and closing work orders within a work order management system. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with data from multiple electronic sources to support accurate decision-making. Key Responsibilities • Review and close work orders within a work order management system using existing documentation • Compare and analyze data from multiple electronic sources to determine if work orders should be closed • Utilize company systems and electronic applications to support daily operations, including: • Work order management tools • GIS platforms • Google applications and similar software Required Skills & Qualifications • Strong experience using Google Sheets or Excel, including formula development (e.g., COUNTIF, SUMIF, and similar functions) • High attention to detail with strong data validation skills • Excellent analytical, organizational, and computer skills • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and non-verbal) • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize competing tasks • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Hexagon (work order management systems) is a plus, but not required • ESRI / GIS experience is a plus
