Comprehensive Care Services, Inc. is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with at least 3-5 years experience. Job Summary: The Digital Marketing Manager coordinates all marketing campaigns, initiatives, and activities to promote our businesses, with a strong emphasis on social media strategy, platform management, and event coordination. This role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, researching market trends, creating content for various platforms, and working with internal teams and external partners to strengthen brand presence and drive engagement. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS · Collaborates with leadership, sales, and internal teams to understand product, communication, and branding needs · Gathers materials necessary to understand the project and competition such as literature or previous campaigns; analyzes these materials to determine the most effective communications techniques. · Develops and manages integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels from planning through evaluation. · Communicates marketing concepts clearly to non-marketing audiences and confidently advocates for marketing strategies and initiatives with leadership. · Provides constructive feedback and guidance to ensure marketing decisions support long-term brand and business goals. · Develops ideas and creative concepts for marketing campaigns, blog posts, and social media content. · Creates and coordinates multimedia packages, including video production and graphic content. · Oversees or assists with editing video footage for marketing and event purposes. · Prices, orders, and manages promotional (“swag”) items and branded merchandise. · Coordinates updates to company website and works closely with web developers or vendors to maintain accurate and engaging online content. · Manages company branding and collateral, including digital and physical business cards, brochures, and promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency. · Plans and coordinates company participation in conferences, trade shows, and industry events, including logistics, materials, registration, and post-event follow-up. · Manages shipping logistics for event materials and promotional items. · Oversees the company’s social media presence across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter), ensuring consistent, engaging, and strategic messaging. · Monitors social media performance and engagement, using analytics tools to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities. · Prepares reports to evaluate campaign and event success and recommend process or strategy adjustments. · Maintains organized marketing schedules, content calendars, and campaign documentation. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: ·· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and advocacy abilities. · Ability to communicate marketing concepts effectively to non-marketing audiences and influence decisions that impact marketing outcomes. · Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to assess campaign performance and interpret marketing data. · Proficiency in managing and creating content for professional social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, etc.). · Experience editing video content and managing promotional merchandise. · Experience collaborating with web developers or managing website updates. · Experience in planning and executing conferences, trade shows, or similar events, including logistics and shipping coordination. · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with content planning/project management tools or related software. Education and Experience: · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or related field. · Three to five years of related experience writing and editing projects; with a strong portfolio demonstrating social media content creation and event marketing success. Physical Requirements: · Sit for extended periods of time. · Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. · Ability to travel occasionally for conferences, trade shows, or company events.
