We are looking for a skilled WordPress Designer/Developer who can take ownership of building and maintaining high-quality websites while also serving as a trusted partner to our clients. This role combines hands-on design and development work with client-facing responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both creative problem-solving and relationship building. Salary: $30 - $35/hr depeneding on experience. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop responsive, user-friendly websites using WordPress. • Customize themes, templates, and plugins to meet client needs. • Implement best practices for usability, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness. • Work directly with clients to gather requirements, present design concepts, and provide training and support. • Translate client feedback into actionable design and development updates. • Troubleshoot, test, and maintain websites to ensure strong functionality and performance. • Collaborate with internal team members on project planning, timelines, and deliverables. What We’re Looking For • Strong experience with WordPress design and development (front-end and some back-end). • Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and basic PHP; familiarity with JavaScript preferred. • Experience with page builders (e.g., Elementor, Divi, Gutenberg) and custom theme development. • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with clients. • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple projects at once. • A proactive problem-solver who can independently manage tasks while collaborating with the team. • Creative eye for design and user experience, with attention to detail.
