Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Expert Consultant specializing in Microsoft Power Automate Process Mining and Task Mining to join our innovative team. In this role, you will leverage process automation tools to optimize business workflows, identify inefficiencies, and drive digital transformation initiatives. Responsibilities • Lead the implementation and customization of Microsoft Process Mining and Microsoft Task Mining solutions tailored to client needs. • Analyze complex business processes to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and improvement opportunities using process mining techniques. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy automation workflows that streamline operations. • Conduct detailed workshops and training sessions to educate clients on best practices for utilizing task mining tools effectively. • Develop comprehensive documentation, including process maps, reports, and recommendations for continuous improvement. • Provide expert guidance on integrating process mining insights with existing enterprise systems and data sources. Experience • Proven experience as a consultant or specialist in Microsoft Process Mining and Microsoft Task Mining platforms. • Strong understanding of business process analysis, workflow automation, and digital transformation strategies. • Hands-on experience with data extraction, analysis, and visualization tools within the Microsoft Power Platform environment. Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
