Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Accounting Clerk/Admin Assistant to support accounting and admin asst. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional accounts payable and general ledger and organizational skills, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can maintain professionalism while handling confidential information and facilitating smooth office operations. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including meeting coordination. Perform accurate and timely data entry, maintaining organized and up-to-date records. Manage phone systems: answer calls, direct inquiries, and take messages professionally. Assist with office management tasks such as filing systems and supplying organizations. Proofread documents for clarity and accuracy prior to distribution. Transcribe meeting notes and other documents with attention to detail. Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and enhance office efficiency. Prepare reports and presentations; utilize QuickBooks for financial documentation when needed. Qualifications Honesty, hard work and dedication are required. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role; healthcare experience is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook Calendar and Teams. Strong data entry and clerical skills with high attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
