Job Brief We are seeking an experienced and strategic Financial Coordinator to join our payroll team. The main duties of this role include working with the internal EHP team to identify overdue accounts and work with clients to collect premiums for the EHP provider. What You’ll Do • Train EHP clients on how to pay their bills online as needed. • Follow-up with clients when they are behind on their payments. • Answer clients' questions regarding the breakdown of their invoice. • Assist with other finance related duties in the Paylogix system. • Lead virtual training meetings with clients. Secondary duties will be to assist the Finance Department as needed for other finance related functions such as enter agent data and payroll amounts into payroll systems, answer agent inquiries via both email and phone, assist with relevant projects and duties as needed, while maintaining deadlines. This role will work closely with the finance team but will also maintain the workload independently after training is completed.
