This role will oversee all hospitality operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, innovative premium offerings, and seamless execution across events while aligning with Levy’s standards of excellence and financial performance goals. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field required Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or venue operations Experience overseeing large-scale, multi-unit hospitality operations in a stadium, arena, or high-volume environment Proven expertise in budgeting, P&L management, and financial forecasting Proficiency with hospitality management systems, POS platforms, and operational reporting tools Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all hospitality and food & beverage operations at Chase Center Develop and execute strategic plans to elevate guest experience and premium hospitality offerings Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards Collaborate with venue leadership, clients, and partners to support event execution and innovation Recruit, develop, and mentor senior hospitality leaders and management teams Curious about Life at Levy?
