You’ll join a growing Master Data Management (MDM) and Item/Product Data team that values curiosity, precision, and collaboration with the opportunity to help shape the data foundation of our digital ecosystem. Our MDM organization is in its early stages of development, and we’re building the foundation of our Item/Product domain. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who is energized by the opportunity to build from the ground up, defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for how Item/Product master data is created, governed, and consumed across the enterprise. As part of CDAI, you will play a pivotal role in enabling consistent, high-quality product, manufacturer, and distributor data that supports critical business processes across purchasing, operations, menu planning and digital experiences. This role sits at the heart of our enterprise data strategy, helping to transform how product and supplier data is captured, governed, and leveraged across the organization. As a Senior Product Manager, you will operate at the intersection of business strategy, data architecture, and engineering delivery. You will own and execute a product strategy that delivers measurable business value across purchasing, supply chain, operations, finance, and digital experiences.Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a comprehensive Item/Product data strategy and roadmap that aligns with our organization's data management goals and objectives. Identify opportunities to improve how product, manufacturer, and distributor data is captured, mastered, and consumed across the organization. Establish domain-level KPIs (data quality, adoption, operational efficiency, cycle time reduction, etc.) and measure product impact. Partner with business leaders across procurement, supply chain, culinary, menu planning, finance, and digital teams to understand pain points and translate them into scalable product capabilities. Serve as a voice for the Item/Product domain, driving alignment across technical and business stakeholders. Develop and maintain a clear value narrative and business case for Item/Product master data investments. Influence executive-level conversations around data strategy, governance, and investment priorities. Define and manage the operating model for Item/Product data, including stewardship workflows, governance policies, and cross-domain dependencies. Collaborate closely with Data Engineering, Architecture, Data Analysts, and Governance teams to translate strategy into clear epics, features, and acceptance criteria. Prioritize backlogs based on business value, risk, and technical feasibility. Lead product discovery efforts, including process mapping, business case development, and solution validation. Ensure delivery aligns with enterprise data standards and long-term platform scalability. Lead PI planning, roadmap reviews, and product increment alignment within a SAFe or Agile environment. Manage product lifecycle from concept through release and adoption. Drive change management and user adoption efforts, including training, communications, and stakeholder engagement. Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3–5 years operating at a senior level. Demonstrated ownership of a complex enterprise data or platform product. Experience working within Master Data Management (MDM), data governance, or enterprise data platform initiatives. Proven ability to define product vision, KPIs, and roadmaps tied to measurable business outcomes. Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, architecture, analytics, and business operations. Strong executive communication skills — comfortable presenting to senior leadership and influencing strategic direction. Experience operating in Agile or SAFe environments with ownership of backlog prioritization and roadmap execution. Nice to Have Qualifications Experience in food service, supply chain, procurement, retail, or manufacturing environments.
