We are hiring immediately for a full time PROGRAM ADMIN position. Location: Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center - 200 Hawthorne Lane, Charlotte, North Carolina 28204. Provides training to all foodservice associates.  Such as recycling, composting, and proper waste disposal.  Assists with the development of reports to communicate the effectiveness of current initiatives to programs and ensures recognition for all successful endeavors.  Monitors and applies for current and future certifications  Collaborates with stakeholders to support program initiatives  Reviews and revises sustainability proposals or policies. Supports project goals, objectives, initiatives, and strategies  Research trends related to business or site program/initiative to implement.  Performs other duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications: Associates degree required 1-3 years previous relevant work experience.  Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills. Working knowledge of sustainability management, reporting and transparency, inclusion and diversity, and/or supply chain.
