Role Description ESFM is seeking a Remote Strategic Project Manager. • Works with and motivates the team to achieve the project time lines and objectives • Focus Areas: Soft Services, Data Analytics, Organization, and Communications • Defines project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders • Develops full-scale project plans and associated project documents including resource needs • Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations; liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis • Defines project success criteria and disseminates them to involved parties throughout project life cycle • Communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion and manages those expectations on an ongoing basis • Builds, develops, and grows any business relationships vital to the success of the project • Manages the project budget • Determines and assesses the need for additional staff and makes recommendations as appropriate during project cycle • Identifies and resolves issues and conflicts within the project team • Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path • Proactively manages changes in project scope, identifies potential crises and devises contingency plans • Conducts the project post mortem and creates a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements • Assists in developing best practices and tools for project execution and management Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Three years of experience managing enterprise projects • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs and Microsoft Project • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with a positive, can-do attitude • Ability to work well under pressure as a key member of a fast paced team • Superb oral and written communication skills • Travel as needed (less than 10%) Requirements • Focus Areas: Soft Services, Data Analytics, Organization, and Communications • Soft Services Expertise • Service Level Optimization: Ensuring soft services meet quality standards and user expectations. • Customer Experience Focus: Creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments for occupants and visitors. • Data Analytics & Insights • Performance Metrics & Dashboards: Tracking service delivery, response times, and satisfaction scores. • Trend Analysis: Using historical data to forecast needs and improve resource allocation. • Decision Support: Leveraging data to justify investments, changes, or improvements in operations. • Organizational & Planning Skills • Process Design & Documentation: Streamlining workflows and maintaining SOPs for consistency. • Prioritization & Time Management: Balancing multiple projects and service demands effectively. • Resource Coordination: Aligning teams, tools, and timelines for smooth execution. • Communication & Stakeholder Engagement • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with HR, IT, security, and other departments to align goals. • Clear Reporting: Communicating project status, risks, and results to leadership and stakeholders. • Change Communication: Managing messaging around service changes, disruptions, or upgrades. • Strategic Thinking & Continuous Improvement • Service Innovation: Identifying opportunities to enhance soft services through technology or process changes. • Feedback Integration: Using surveys and feedback loops to refine service delivery. • Sustainability Awareness: Promoting green cleaning, waste reduction, and energy-efficient practices.
