ESFM Position Title: ENGAGEMENT AND ONBOARDING COORDINATOR Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 Location: Remote Charlotte, NC Pay Grade: 13 Other Forms of Compensation: Bonus ESFM is the corporate facilities management (FM) division of Compass Group USA, a Gold-level Corporate Sustaining Partner of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), and a Platinum Corporate Member of the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE). Job Summary We’re looking for a detail-oriented and creative Communications & Engagement Coordinator to manage ESFM's employee engagement platform and sector onboarding. This role ideal for a skilled communicator with an operational mindset who enjoys project management. You’ll work closely with subject matter experts to deliver meaningful opportunities for engagement and messages that welcome in our newest team members across all levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities Source, draft and send engaging content through our sector-wide engagement platform. Manage the sector onboarding experience for frontline and salaried team members to ensure new hires feel welcomed, informed, and supported. Collaborate with subject matter experts to promote initiatives and ensure consistent messaging across the sector Maintain content calendars and track engagement metrics to inform future strategies. Track and report communication metrics to evaluate impact and inform continuous improvement efforts.
