We are seeking a growth minded District Operations Manager to assist with managing refreshment operations. As the District Operations Manager you will work with the District Manager to support our business. Key Responsibilities: • Team Building • Ensures that the branch financial performance meets Company and client objectives • Optimizes operational productivity and monitors development of realistic and accurate forecasts • Interprets and ensures compliance with policies, procedures and guidelines to promote consistent application within the District • Assists where needed with all department managers/supervisors in all lines of business • Participates in the sales process • Identifies regional and district training requirements for Customer Service Managers • Abides by all parts of collective bargaining agreements, where applicable Preferred Qualifications: • Associate’s degree and a minimum of three years related experience • Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial data • Excellent presentations skills required • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel Work Schedule (Days & Times): Mon-Thursday 8-6 and Friday’s from 11-9pm Associates at Canteen are offered many fantastic benefits.
