Role Description The Office Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Colton, CA. This position oversees daily office operations, including organizing schedules, maintaining records, payroll and human resources. The Office Manager serves as a primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, providing professional customer service and clear communication. Responsibilities include coordinating administrative support, processing documentation, assisting with billing and reporting, and supporting leadership with meeting preparation and follow-up. The role also involves maintaining a neat and safe office environment, implementing office procedures, and helping improve administrative workflows. Qualifications - Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with staff, clients, and external partners. - Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration, such as scheduling, record-keeping, and document management, payroll and HR duties. - Ability to operate and manage Office Equipment, including printers, copiers, scanners, and basic troubleshooting. - Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with a focus on professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving. - Experience with basic computer applications (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets) and data entry. - Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - Previous experience in an office management or administrative role is preferred. - College degree or equivalent required; additional education or relevant certifications in business or administration are a plus. - Ability to work on-site in Colton, CA and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. - At least 3 years working with individuals diagnosed with Developmental Disabilities. - Experience working with agencies who provide Supported Living Services.
