Full-Time Position: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 PM–6:00 AM (Times are subject to change) This family gets it. The position: You’ll be providing 1:1 care for a sweet and sleepy 2-year-old during the night shift. Most of your shift will be calm and quiet, as the child is typically asleep—but your alert presence is vital. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Monitoring vitals • Responding to alarms • Suctioning as needed • Being a steady, reassuring presence overnight According to mom, this is a low-stress, “breezy” shift—but you must be awake, attentive, and ready to step in when needed. Compensation: $27–$37/hour depending on Licensure (Medicaid-funded; wage is set by program guidelines) Location: Neenah, WI Requirements: • Current license in good standing • Experience with trach care (or willing to learn) • Love for medically fragile kiddos • Reliability and professionalism • Compassion, patience, and great ethics • A good sense of humor doesn’t hurt either Job Type: Full-time Pay: $27.00 - $37.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: In person
