The Opportunity: In this role you will oversee all operations for doorstep trash collection in your market from end to end. You will be responsible for new community rollouts, building and supporting your team, visiting clients and working in the field. This role requires a mixture of both white collar and blue collar work. You must be willing to rollup your sleeves and lead from the front on a daily basis! What You'll Do: Lead operations across multiple residential properties, ensuring flawless nightly execution Hire and train porters to CCS standards Conduct employee audits and on-site quality checks Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers and clients Handle scheduling and ensure coverage-no missed pickups! Manage employee logistics, including safety gear, reporting apps, and ADP payroll forms Respond to on-site operational issues such as equipment failures or staffing gaps Maintain nightly reporting, payroll, employee documentation, and compliance Assist in community onboarding, including resident orientations and equipment distribution Workload & Schedule: Night and weekend availability required; routes run 7 days a week. Our peak working hours are 6pm-12am daily.
