Henry Ford Home Health Care's services are provided by qualified registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified wound, ostomy and continence nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech - language pathologists, medical social workers, dietitians, and home health aides. GENERAL SUMMARY: • Assists with the accurate and timely entry, access, review, and retrieval of information from the electronic medical record. • Completes assigned tasks to facilitate workflow processes. EDUCATION/ REQUIRED: • Requires high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. • Associates degree or college coursework in business preferred. EXPERIANCE REQUIRED: • Requires computer proficiency, the ability to accurately type, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office. • Experience with Outlook preferred. • Requires strong organization and problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt rapidly to changing priorities and tasks. • Previous Home Health experience or office administrative support experience preferred.
