Are you a people person who loves to brighten up someone's day with a warm greeting? Do you have experience as a receptionist and want to join a team dedicated to providing exceptional care to seniors? If so, we want you to join The Terraces at Brookmeade as our newest Part Time Receptionist! The schedule for this position is Every Other Weekend 9 AM - 4 PM Minimum Qualifications: * Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service role. * Proficiency in using office equipment such as telephones, printers, and computers. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Experience working in a fast-paced office environment. * Experience in office administration or related fields. * Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Responsibilities: * Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner, directing them to the appropriate personnel or departments. * Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing accurate information or taking messages as needed. * Manage appointment scheduling and maintain calendars for staff members to optimize time management. * Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently and securely. * Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and organization to create a positive first impression. * Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory. * Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and prepare reports as requested by management. * Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations and timely communication.
