Full Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Cafe Attendant at Arbor Ridge to join our team. As a Cafe Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and guests, ensuring that they have a positive experience at our cafe. You will be responsible for preparing and serving food, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized cafe environment. The schedule and hours for this position are 7 AM-3 PM Mon-Fri (with some weekend availability as needed).  Minimum Qualifications: * Previous experience in a customer service or food service role * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Basic math and computer skills Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working in a cafe or restaurant setting * Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Responsibilities: * Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner * Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and procedures * Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently * Maintain a clean and organized cafe environment, including cleaning tables, counters, and equipment * Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures Skills: As a Cafe Attendant, you will use your excellent customer service and communication skills to provide a positive experience for our guests. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in preparing and serving food and beverages, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized cafe environment. Additionally, your knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices will ensure that our guests can enjoy their meals with confidence.
