The Opportunity We're seeking a hungry, entrepreneurial Operations Manager/General Manager who wants to build something from scratch and own a piece of it. Here's the deal: As founder, I'm stepping back to let you lead. You'll have full autonomy to build teams, set strategy, and run operations. I'm here to protect our mission and support major decisions, but this is your show. If you want to run a company without someone looking over your shoulder, this is it. • What You'll Do Build and lead teams across sales, installation, and operations. • Recruit top talent and create a culture that motivates people to excel • Develop high-value client relationships and secure major contracts • Represent Communities Power at industry events • Drive revenue growth while staying true to our social mission • Create systems and processes that scale as we grow Compensation Structure: Equity + Performance Bonuses This is a commission-free, equity-based opportunity designed for builders and entrepreneurs. • What You'll Earn:5-10% equity stake in Communities Power (4-year vesting, 1-year cliff) • Performance-based bonuses tied to major milestones and revenue targets • Unlimited earning potential based on your performance The Upside: As you build the company, your equity grows in value.
