Key Responsibilities Post newly obtained job openings across designated job boards, professional networks, and internal platforms with accuracy and consistency. Refresh and manage existing job postings to maintain visibility and ensure information remains current. Assist in identifying and researching potential new client organizations (health systems, clinics, physician groups, etc.) to support outbound business development efforts. Maintain organized records including job posting activities, job requisition changes and client contacts to support an efficient recruiter workflow. Requirements Previous administrative, customer service, or recruiting support experience preferred, but not required. Strong communication skills (email, text and phone). Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
