Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive specializing in Outside Sales, located in Farmington, MI. The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting sales presentations, managing client accounts, and generating leads. Building and maintaining customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and achieving sales targets are key responsibilities in this role. Qualifications • Proficiency in Sales Presentations and effectively communicating value propositions to clients • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and building lasting client relationships • Expertise in New Business Development and identifying opportunities for growth • Experience in Lead Generation and creating a pipeline of potential customers • Proven ability in Account Management to nurture and expand client partnerships • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills • Goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking processes is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
