Full Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paraplanner to join our team. The Paraplanner will support our financial advisors by preparing and maintaining client files, conducting research, and creating financial plans. This role is essential in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and that their financial plans are accurate and up-to-date. Key Responsibilities: • Assist financial advisors in the preparation of comprehensive financial plans. • Conduct research on investment products, financial strategies, and market trends. • Prepare and maintain client files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete. • Analyze client data and develop financial projections and recommendations. • Assist in the preparation of client presentations and reports. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial planning software and tools. • Provide administrative support to financial advisors as needed. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Required Skills and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. • CFP (Certified Financial Planner) designation or working towards it is preferred. • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial planning or a related field. • Strong analytical and research skills. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Proficiency in financial planning software (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuidePro). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • High level of integrity and professionalism. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in financial planning. • Proficiency using Microsoft Teams.
