As a Client Success Specialist at CFC, you'll manage an assigned set of accounts comprised of smaller sites and single sites to support customer initiatives around CFC products and services. This role focuses on driving renewals and discovering expansion opportunities by building lasting relationships, providing proactive customer support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues. What you'll do when you join us: • Regularly monitor account health, identifying opportunities to proactively address customer needs or concerns that may impact renewal decisions. • Analyze account performance and usage data to refine renewal and expansion strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. • Create and maintain effective account relationships through consistent and timely execution of the renewal communication strategy to ensure strong implementations, license renewal, and expansion sales opportunities. • Collaborate with Sales Territory Manager and Customer Success team to ensure effective implementation and impact of CFC products and services. • Execute customer renewal and expansion strategy from first contact to close, through a systematic approach of customer outreach, nurturing, expansion, and closing the sale. • Prepare renewal opportunities and quotes for current contracts during customer budgeting cycle. • Develop customized renewal quotes and proposals that reflect each customer's usage patterns and potential for growth. • Communicate with customers to inform them of subscription expirations, value of subscriptions, and opportunities to expand subscription. • Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and complete customer information, customer activity, and opportunity details within the CRM. • Collaborate with Manager and Marketing to align outreach strategies and messaging for assigned accounts. • Assist the Customer Support team during peak technical support seasons by addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Here's what we're looking for: • Associates degree • 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, implementation, or customer success. • Ability to analyze and present data to support renewal decisions and effectively communicate renewal strategies to stakeholders. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple renewal timelines and prioritize based on potential impact. • Demonstrates beginner to basic proficiency in the following essential sales skills: implementation planning, pipeline management, and closing. • Works cooperatively with others, inside and outside CFC, to accomplish objectives and build mutually beneficial partnerships. • Open to change and new information; adapts behavior or work methods to changing needs and environments. • Software Applications: Experienced in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. • Experience using CRM systems (Netsuite, Salesforce or similar) • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel 14 times per year for team meetings and occasionally industry conferences or customer meetings. • Note: This position is located in Seattle, Washington and employees are eligible to work remotely in any of the following states: AZ, CA, CT, CO, DC, FL, GA, HI, IL, MA, MN, NJ, NM, NY, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA. The hiring range for this position is $28.00-31.25/hr, with a target commission of 25% of base pay for meeting established revenue goals, with an increasing incentive for exceeding goals up to 100% of base pay.
