Role Overview: As a Membership Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing and supporting the organization’s membership activities. You will ensure the smooth operation and quality control of the association management system (AMS), providing excellent service to members and supporting the growth and engagement of the CVSA community. What You'll Do: - You will manage day-to-day operations of the association management system to maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records. - You will coordinate membership activities including renewals, new member onboarding, and communications. - You will serve as a primary point of contact for member inquiries, providing timely and professional support. - You will assist in the development and implementation of membership engagement strategies. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure membership data integrity and reporting accuracy. - You will support event coordination related to membership, such as webinars and meetings. - You will monitor membership trends and provide insights to leadership for strategic planning. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance member experience. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in membership coordination, association management, or related administrative roles. - Proficiency with association management systems (AMS) or customer relationship management (CRM) software. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer service orientation. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when needed. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the nonprofit or transportation safety sectors. - Knowledge of commercial vehicle safety regulations and industry standards. - Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools. - Event planning or coordination experience.
