Job Title: Membership Coordinator Company Overview: The Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance (CVSA) is a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to improving commercial vehicle safety and security across North America. With a network of law enforcement, industry, and government partners, CVSA fosters collaboration and innovation to promote safer roads and efficient transportation. Role Overview: As a Membership Coordinator at CVSA, you will play a vital role in managing and enhancing the organization's membership experience. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the association management system (AMS), ensuring accurate membership data and providing exceptional service to members. What You'll Do: - You will manage and maintain the association management system to ensure data accuracy and integrity. - You will coordinate all membership activities, including renewals, new member onboarding, and communications. - You will serve as a primary point of contact for members, addressing inquiries and providing timely support. - You will collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement membership engagement strategies. - You will assist in organizing membership events and initiatives to foster community and networking. - You will generate reports and analyze membership data to support strategic decision-making. - You will ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards related to membership management. - You will contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance membership services and processes. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in membership coordination or association management. - Proficiency with association management systems (AMS) and CRM software. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with members. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to delivering quality service.
