Role Overview: As a Membership Coordinator at CVSA, you will play a vital role in managing and enhancing the organization's membership experience. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the association management system (AMS), ensuring accurate data management and providing exceptional service to members. What You'll Do: - You will manage and maintain the association management system to ensure data accuracy and integrity. - You will coordinate all membership activities, including renewals, new member onboarding, and communications. - You will serve as a primary point of contact for members, addressing inquiries and providing timely support. - You will collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement membership engagement strategies. - You will assist in organizing membership events and initiatives to foster community and networking. - You will monitor membership metrics and generate reports to inform leadership decisions. - You will ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards related to membership management. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in membership coordination or association management. - Proficiency with association management systems (AMS) and CRM software. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with members. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the transportation or safety industry. - Knowledge of commercial vehicle regulations and standards. - Familiarity with event planning and coordination. - Certification in association management (e.g., CAE) is a plus.
