Summary We are seeking a skilled Tig Welder to join our team at Commercial Stainless Services, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality welding tasks that meet industry standards while contributing to the production of our innovative kitchen and medical products. Responsibilities: • Fabricate parts and components from shop drawings or blueprints • Select the appropriate welding equipment and materials • Set up and operate welding equipment • Perform light gauge welds on a variety of materials, including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and tube materials with minimal defections. • Inspect welds for defects and make necessary repairs • Maintain welding equipment and supplies • Ability to lift 50 lbs • Utilizes computer terminal to log into jobs and maintain accurate job records. • Possess a good working knowledge of all welding procedures and applicable equipment Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience as a TIG welder • Excellent TIG welding skills • Ability to read and interpret shop drawings or blueprints • Ability to plan and coordinate projects • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Valid driver's license • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required** We offer competitive pay rates based on experience and qualifications.
