Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by offering personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily living activities. This position requires a commitment to delivering high-quality care while ensuring the safety and well-being of those you support. Responsibilities • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. • Provide medication administration as per care plans and ensure adherence to prescribed schedules. • Monitor vital signs and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals. • Prepare meals according to dietary requirements and assist with meal planning. • Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing living spaces. • Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote emotional well-being. • Support clients with mobility needs, including the use of assistive devices such as Hoyer lifts when necessary. • Implement care plans tailored to individual client needs, including those with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or developmental disabilities. • Document patient observations accurately and maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations. Requirements • No experience required. Training provided. • Experience working with individuals with disabilities, autism, or specific conditions like Alzheimer’s or dementia is beneficial. • Strong patient observation skills and ability to monitor changes in client health status effectively. • Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with mobility challenges. • Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor when interacting with clients and their families. • Familiarity with meal preparation and cooking for individuals with dietary restrictions is advantageous. • Must be able to pass criminal background check. • Join our team of dedicated caregivers who make a difference every day by providing compassionate support to those in need!
