## Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily activities, personal care, and health monitoring to ensure their well-being. ## Responsibilities - Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing - Monitor and record vital signs accurately - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients - Prepare meals according to dietary needs and assist with feeding if necessary - Help with light housekeeping tasks and maintain a clean environment - Follow care plans and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals - Assist with mobility and transfers as needed ## Requirements - Experience in senior care, dementia care, or related fields is preferred - Knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with medical documentation - Ability to cook nutritious meals for clients - Understanding of HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality - Proficiency in using systems for documenting care activities - Strong interpersonal skills and empathy towards clients' needs - High school diploma or equivalent required Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $17.00 per hour Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off • Referral program Work Location: In person
