Job Title: Inventory & Receiving Specialist Department: Warehouse Employment Type: Full-Time Position Summary The Inventory & Receiving Specialist is responsible for receiving, inspecting, organizing, configuring, and tracking inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient operations. This role supports inventory accuracy, device readiness, and material flow across the organization while maintaining safety, quality and operational standards. Key Responsibilities • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips • Accurately record inventory transactions in inventory management systems or ERP software • Label, store, and organize materials in designated warehouse locations • Configure and prepare devices according to company standards prior to deployment or distribution • Perform functional checks and basic troubleshooting during device setup • Maintain accurate inventory counts and participate in cycle counts and audits • Identify, document, and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages • Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move materials • Coordinate with purchasing, IT, and operations teams to resolve inventory or configuration issues • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment • Other tasks as Assigned by Management Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certifications a plus) • Prior experience in inventory, receiving, warehouse operations, logistics, or device setup preferred • Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification • Comfortable with basic device configuration or provisioning • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Basic computer proficiency: experience with inventory systems or ERP software preferred • Ability to lift and move materials (up to 50lbs, as applicable) • Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Work Environment • Warehouse and operations setting • Requires standing, lifting, and operating equipment for extended periods Full Time, PTO, 401K and ESOP
