This is a hands-on, on site position that offers valuable experience in marketing, sales, and customer relations. You'll work closely with our marketing and sales departments to build brand awareness, generate leads, and help drive business growth through engaging promotional campaigns. Key Responsibilities • Partner with marketing and sales teams to execute promotional campaigns that increase customer engagement and boost sales. • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers while effectively promoting products and services. • Engage in direct, face-to-face interactions with customers in retail settings to generate sales. • Attend client product training sessions and clearly communicate key product details to customers. • Identify new sales opportunities and consistently work to meet or exceed sales targets. Qualifications • Preferred but not required: 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or retail. • High School Diploma or GED required. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. • Team player with a positive, proactive attitude. • Leadership potential and a desire to grow within the company. • Dependable, adaptable, and committed to delivering results.
