## Key Role Overview The Manager of Brand Marketing leads the development, planning, and execution of seasonal omni-channel marketing strategies for pr. Ana, ensuring product stories and brand positioning are cohesive across all consumer touchpoints. This role partners cross-functionally (creative, merchandising, channels, marketing ops) to drive brand awareness, product storytelling, PR/events, and sustainability communications while managing toolkits, calendars, and campaign reporting. ## Key Responsibilities - Lead and influence seasonal omni-channel marketing strategy, including seasonal hindsight, competitive insights, and consumer analysis to inform strategy and relevance. - Develop seasonal marketing briefs that include consumer insights, product details, and zeitgeist trends. - Contribute to seasonal asset planning and partner with Creative on campaign shotlists and asset needs for channels. - Collaborate with product merchandising to develop seasonal product messages and positioning. - Strategize brand awareness and engagement activations, maintaining competitive and consumer deep dives and analysis. - Develop and maintain the Seasonal Toolkit with Creative, ensuring brand activations, campaign assets, messaging, positioning, and product details are included; support shareouts and change management. - Support go-to-market (GTM) and business-critical marketing channels to ensure cohesive storytelling and timely launches. - Optimize tools and templates within Brand Marketing; own and update calendars, roadmaps, and toolkits in partnership with Marketing Ops Specialist. - Work cross-functionally with channel teams to create cohesive plans for brand and product campaigns and orchestrate cohesion across retail, digital, and wholesale. - Develop holistic campaign reporting in partnership with marketing channels and the DTC Analyst for brand awareness KPI monitoring and reporting. - Strategize and execute brand and community events, working closely with retail on in-store events and managing event, seeding, brand awareness, and swag budgets. - Manage day-to-day communications with external PR agency, guide brand and product priorities and messaging, review celebrity/athlete seeding, and act as internal liaison for editor seeding and interview opportunities. - Share weekly and monthly PR reporting to internal partners and manage internal PR communications with pr. Ana and Columbia Corporate Comms teams. - Lead sustainability brand storytelling and execution in partnership with the Sustainability team to authentically bring sustainability initiatives to consumers. - Serve as a leader and mentor; promote collaboration, provide strategic guidance and actionable feedback to strengthen team capabilities and deliver impactful brand initiatives. ## Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field required; 8+ years of marketing experience in a brand marketing environment overseeing external brand marketing and advertising agencies. - Experience creating multi-channel strategic marketing campaigns and events for brand and product launches. - Experience planning and executing in-person and virtual media launch events and experience working in international markets. - Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Power. Point, Word, Excel). - Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with PLM programs. - Knowledge of social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Tik. Tok, and Pinterest. - High-level administrative and coordination skills (data entry, tracking, compiling materials, presenting information, following up on project action items). ## Preferred Qualifications - Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator preferred. - Apparel and/or sustainability marketing experience a plus. - Knowledge of document management (Share. Point) and DAM (digital asset management) helpful. - Outdoor, yoga, or other athletic experience to connect with customer needs a plus. ## Compensation & Benefits - Salary range: $107,500 - $179,900. - Benefits include 401(k) with generous company match, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, flexible spending accounts, health savings account, and voluntary benefit offerings (accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, legal services). - Additional benefits: EAP+ (confidential 24/7/365 counseling), wellness programs, employee discounts, and a generous time off program. ## Additional Information - This is a hybrid role based out of Columbia/pr.
