Job Details Level Experienced Job Location Packaging Systems A Columbia Machine, Inc Company - Denver, CO Salary Range $69010.00 - $92700.00 Salary Description Summary: Serves customers by identifying their needs, preparing quotes, layouts, and margin sheets and, providing competitive solutions that meet their needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Supports the sales process by preparing sales documents (layouts, quotes, cost workups) by following entire sales process from initial quote through the closing of the order for individual pieces of standard equipment and plant layouts made with standard equipment. 2. Generate customized quotes, calculate costing, prepares sales documents, follow complete sales process from Initial quote through closing of the order. 3. Maintain standard equipment costing by confirming price with vendors, comparing costing on recaps of previous jobs, standardizing costing of equipment. 4. Calculate Costing and pricing for custom equipment with the assistance of a senior Application Engineer(s). 5. Maintains Standard plant layouts and standard equipment blocks with the latest engineering releases in order to provide accurate dimensions on quotes. 6. Design and generate custom quotes and costing for custom plant layouts with the assistance of a senior Application Engineer(s). 7. Create Equipment installation packages for individual equipment and standard plants 8. Create Equipment installation packages for customized plants and generate new installation drawings for custom equipment. 9. Contributes to continuous improvement effort by documenting processes and procedures, eliminating non-value added activities and participating in cross-functional CI teams. 10. Contributes to team effort by being willing to take on new assignments of fill in for others as needed. 11. Assists Sales taking field surveys by measurement equipment layouts, 3D Scanning and CAD modeling. 12.
