This role partners closely with the Clinical Director and CEO to ensure smooth clinic operations, exceptional family experience, and strong staff support. This is anin-person leadership roleideal for someone with strong operations, scheduling, and team-management experience in education, healthcare, ABA therapy, or early childhood settings. Why Join Colorful Minds ABA? • Leadership role with autonomy and growth potential • Mission-driven environment focused on helping children thrive • Supportive and collaborative leadership team • Opportunity to help build and strengthen clinic operations • Pathway to futureRegional Directorrole as clinic expands Daily Operations • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure smooth programming and exceptional client experience • Maintain facility readiness, safety standards, supplies, and equipment • Manage operational problem-solving, coverage needs, and schedule adjustments Staff Leadership • Supervise RBTs, supervisors, and administrative staff • Lead onboarding, training, coaching, and performance check-ins • Build a positive, team-focused culture that supports retention • Lead team meetings and day-to-day communication Scheduling & Coordination • Create and manage master staff and client schedules • Assign therapists strategically based on client needs and supervisor input • Manage cancellations, absences, and coverage planning • Track session hours, attendance, and authorizations Systems, Policies & Process Development • Develop operational SOPs and workflows • Improve scheduling, communication, documentation, and program systems • Support growth and scalability initiatives with CEO & Clinical Director Compliance & Quality Assurance • Ensure adherence to HIPAA and operational compliance requirements • Conduct documentation audits for completeness and timeliness • Coordinate with billing and authorization teams • Monitor operational KPIs and identify areas for improvement Family Experience & Client Services • Serve as families primary point of contact for operational needs • Support onboarding, tours, and scheduling updates • Handle concerns professionally, ensuring positive family experience Strategic Leadership • Provide operational reporting and insights to CEO • Support capacity management, staffing planning, and program expansion • Track metrics such as session completion, staff utilization, and attendance trends Education • Masters degree in Special Education, Education, Healthcare Administration, or related field required • Background in autism or developmental disabilities strongly preferred Experience • 5+ yearsin operations, coordination, or program management (school, ABA, daycare, therapy center, or healthcare preferred) • Experience supervising teams of 1020+ • Scheduling, compliance monitoring, and systems development experience • Experience working with children with autism required Skills • Excellent leadership and communication abilities • Strong organizational and project-management skills • Ability to manage priorities, troubleshoot, and make decisions • Proficient with scheduling software and Google Workspace • Empathy, patience, and professionalism working with families • Strong follow-through and accountability Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
