OEE houses the CSU Learning Innovation Team, which includes CSU Professional & Continuing Education, CSU Online, CSU Extension Programs, and OLLI. These units collaboratively advance CSU's land-grant mission and strategic roadmap through dynamic partnerships, workforce-aligned education, and lifelong learning. The CSU Learning Innovation Team designs and delivers educational programs that are research-informed, market-relevant, and accessible across communities, sectors, and stages of life. The team works across CSU colleges and divisions to co-create learning solutions that meet the needs of modern learners and support institutional growth. Position Summary The Program Coordinator, CSU Professional & Continuing Education, supports the planning, implementation, and growth of online and off-campus noncredit and certificate programs across our noncredit portfolio. The Program Coordinator collaborates closely with internal teams and stakeholders to support procedures and tasks. This position supports planning, logistics, system upkeep, and ensures implementation and success. The varied and broad responsibilities of the Program Coordinator are based on the programs and initiatives required to successfully deliver and support noncredit education. This position plays an integral role in the management and administration of current and future programmatic offerings, as well as the management of processes and projects within the unit. Professional interaction with internal and external partners and occasionally with learners is a key element of this position. This position is eligible for fully remote work. Required Job Qualifications • Bachelor's degree (or High School Diploma/GED plus equivalent combination of education and experience). • Minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination, logistics, operations, or administrative support. • Demonstrated ability to: • Manage multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail. • Communicate effectively across teams. • Use tools such as spreadsheets, tracking tools, learning systems, or content platforms. • Follow established procedures and improve them when possible. • Strong organization and planning skills. • The successful candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States by the proposed start date; the Learning Innovation Team will not sponsor a visa for this position. Preferred Job Qualifications • Experience working in an educational, nonprofit, or learning-centered environment. • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM), learning management systems (LMS), or digital badging tools. • Capacity to work independently, problem-solve, and ask thoughtful questions that improve outcomes. Essential Duties Job Duty Category Offering Support Administration Duty/Responsibility • Provide operational support for Professional & Continuing Education programs, such as: • Track existing contracts, SLAs, etc. and send reminders to program manager/s for review. • Execute contracts, SLAs, etc. • Enrollment tracking and reporting. • Execute Invoices and tracking (external and sponsor enrollments). • Support scheduling process each term. • Data entry. • Communicate with partners, learners as needed, and Professional & Continuing Education team. Percentage Of Time 60% Job Duty Category Operational Management Duty/Responsibility • Evaluate and enhance processes to better support staff, faculty, and learners. Manage updates and documentation in collaboration with Professional and Continuing Education Program Managers. • Oversee key operational workflows and ensure timely resolution of partner and learner needs through cross-unit collaboration. Percentage Of Time 30% Job Duty Category Continuous Improvement and Alignment Duty/Responsibility • Use reflection, evaluation, and feedback loops to guide future growth. • Work collaboratively with internal support units as an active contributing member to improve learner experience, efficiencies, and effectiveness of OEE and its partners by identifying gaps and implementing solutions.
