Duties • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs, ensuring a positive shopping experience • Provide detailed information about products and services, including financial options such as loans or banking services when applicable • Process transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and cash management techniques, including cash register operations and balancing cash drawers • Support customers with basic math calculations for purchases, discounts, or financial services, ensuring clarity and transparency • Maintain organized displays and stock levels to enhance product visibility and accessibility • Handle customer inquiries regarding retail sales, banking products, or financial services with professionalism and clarity • Assist in processing loan applications or financial transactions using appropriate financial software and adhering to company policies Skills • Proven experience in retail sales with a strong understanding of customer service principles • Knowledge of banking or financial services is a plus, including loan processing and cash handling procedures • Strong math skills, including retail math and basic calculations necessary for transactions and financial assessments • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse customers and explain complex products clearly • Familiarity with financial software systems used for transactions, loan processing, or account management • Ability to perform 10 key typing efficiently for data entry tasks • Demonstrated ability to handle cash accurately, manage cash drawers confidently, and perform cashiering duties with integrity This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their sales expertise while providing outstanding service.
