What You’ll Do • Be the Hub of the Team – Manage team calendars, coordinate meetings, and ensure we stay on top of community events and networking opportunities. • Support Our Agents – Organize and maintain marketing materials, assist with open house preparation and coordination, and help keep listings up to date and coordinate timelines with contractors. • Strengthen Client Relationships – Send thoughtful touches to past clients, helping us stay connected and show appreciation throughout the year. • Engage with the Community – Help us participate in local events, sponsorships, and outreach efforts to strengthen our presence in Parker and beyond. • Maintain Office Flow – Keep essential materials on hand, manage files, and handle administrative tasks to keep our brokerage running efficiently. What You Bring • A passion for building relationships and providing excellent service • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks • A proactive and team-oriented mindset—no task is too small when it helps the team succeed! • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Understands and has used real estate CRM software, REColorado, and understand real estate. • Prior real estate or administrative experience required. ⭐ Skills & Qualifications Required • 2+ years of real estate focused administrative, operations, or coordinator experience. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Excellent communication and follow-up habits. • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) • Experience with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • High degree of professionalism, reliability, and discretion. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently. Preferred • Familiarity with MLS platforms and real estate compliance systems. • Event coordination experience. • Understanding of CRM systems (FollowUpBoss) • Clear understanding of social media platforms and simple scheduling tools.
