Colonial Marble & Granite is seeking a Project Control Coordinator to support our Sales and Design teams and act as the critical link between Sales, Design, and Operations. This role exists to ensure that no job moves forward unless it is correct, verified, and buildable. The Project Control Coordinator is responsible for site measurements, drafting, order verification, scheduling, and project coordination to prevent errors, delays, and costly rework. This individual plays a key role in protecting the customer experience. • Perform or oversee site measurements and document field conditions • Create, revise, and maintain accurate drawings using 2020 Design and AutoCAD • Ensure drawings accurately reflect what was sold and what exists on site • Identify and resolve inconsistencies between quotes, drawings, and field conditions • Review cabinet orders line-by-line prior to release • Verify cabinet sizes, finished ends, fillers, moldings, and accessories • Confirm appliance compatibility with layouts and cabinet selections • Verify incoming cabinet and material orders against purchase orders • Inspect delivered materials for damage, shortages, or discrepancies • Stage materials appropriately and log issues immediately • Coordinate reorders or corrections before installations are scheduled • Coordinate templating, fabrication, and installation schedules • Confirm site readiness prior to scheduling templating or installation • Prevent last-minute delays and field surprises through proactive checks • Support Sales and Design teams without pulling them back into operational issues • Remodel Coordination & Scheduling • Enforce standardized checklists and project handoff procedures • Track recurring errors and recommend process improvements • Assist with onboarding and training Sales and Design team members on project standards and best practices • Highly detail-oriented and process-driven • Able to work independently and take ownership of projects • Comfortable coordinating across Sales, Fabrication, and Installation teams • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues before they become problems Join us as a Project Control Coordinator to play a key role in shaping our project success through meticulous oversight.
