Bachelor's degree in business or HR with at least 5 years of nonteaching HR/business experience; teaching experience preferred.
Job Summary We are seeking an Adjunct Professor to teach courses in Human Resources Management. The successful candidate will have a strong background in the field and be able to deliver engaging and innovative coursework that reflects the college's core values. Key Responsibilities • Teach courses in accordance with the approved course descriptions and syllabi established by the Division faculty. • Meet professional standards for faculty in accordance with college policies and procedures. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or similar discipline with a minimum of five (5) years of nonteaching work experience in a business/human resources environment. • Teaching experience is desired.
