Role Overview: As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the face of Colliflower Inc. in the Northern Metro Atlanta territory, driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. Your role is crucial in delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs while fostering strong, long-term partnerships. What You'll Do: - You will actively prospect and generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory. - You will manage and grow existing customer accounts to maximize sales potential. - You will provide expert product knowledge and technical support on hoses and fittings. - You will conduct regular client visits to understand their needs and offer customized solutions. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. - You will maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports on market trends and customer feedback. - You will participate in trade shows and industry events to promote Colliflower Inc.'s products. - You will communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to serve a diverse client base. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in industrial products or related fields. - Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal. - Strong knowledge of hoses, fittings, or related mechanical components is highly desirable. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within the territory. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with Parker Hannifin products or similar industrial brands. - Established network within the Northern Metro Atlanta industrial market. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. - Technical background or certifications related to mechanical or industrial sales.
