Job Title: Outside Sales Representative - Hose & Fittings Company Overview: Colliflower Inc. is a premier distributor of Parker Hannifin hoses and fittings, known for delivering high-quality industrial solutions across the Northern Metro Atlanta area. With a strong commitment to customer service and technical expertise, we have built a reputation for reliability and innovation in the fluid power industry. Role Overview: As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the face of Colliflower Inc. in the Northern Metro Atlanta territory, driving sales growth and building lasting relationships with customers. Your role is critical in expanding our market presence and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs. What You'll Do: - You will actively prospect and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory. - You will manage and grow existing customer accounts by understanding their needs and offering appropriate hose and fitting solutions. - You will provide technical support and product knowledge to customers, ensuring they receive the best solutions. - You will collaborate with internal teams to coordinate orders, deliveries, and customer service. - You will maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports on sales activities and market trends. - You will attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote Colliflower Inc.'s products. - You will communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to serve a diverse customer base. What You Bring: - You have at least 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in industrial products or fluid power. - You are bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You possess strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. - You have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. - You are self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently within the territory. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with Parker Hannifin products or similar industrial hoses and fittings. - Knowledge of the Northern Metro Atlanta market and existing customer relationships. - Technical background or training in fluid power or mechanical systems. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
