Role Overview: As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the face of Colliflower Inc. in the Northern Metro Atlanta territory, driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. Your role is crucial in delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs while fostering strong, long-term partnerships. What You'll Do: - You will actively prospect and generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory. - You will manage and grow existing customer accounts to maximize sales potential. - You will provide expert product knowledge and technical support on hoses and fittings. - You will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering customized solutions. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. - You will prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. - You will track sales activities and report on market trends and competitor activity. - You will attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote Colliflower Inc.'s offerings. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in industrial products or related fields. - Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills. - Strong knowledge of hoses, fittings, or related mechanical components is highly desirable. - Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships and close sales. - Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation within the Northern Metro Atlanta territory. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with Parker Hannifin products or similar industrial brands. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. - Technical background or training in mechanical or industrial engineering. - Established network within the Northern Metro Atlanta industrial market.
