Role Overview: As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the face of Colliflower Inc. in the Northern Metro Atlanta territory, driving sales growth and building lasting relationships with customers. Your role is critical in expanding our market presence and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs. What You'll Do: - You will actively prospect and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory. - You will manage and grow existing customer accounts by understanding their needs and offering appropriate hose and fitting solutions. - You will conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers on the benefits of our offerings. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction. - You will maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales activities and market trends. - You will attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote Colliflower Inc.'s products. - You will utilize your bilingual skills to effectively communicate with both English and Spanish-speaking clients. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in industrial products or fluid power components. - Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required to serve our diverse customer base. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within the territory. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with Parker Hannifin products or similar industrial hose and fittings. - Knowledge of the Northern Metro Atlanta market and existing customer relationships. - Technical aptitude to understand and explain complex product specifications. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
