Job Title: Outside Sales Representative - Hose & Fittings Company Overview: Colliflower Inc. is a premier distributor of Parker Hannifin hoses and fittings, serving the industrial and commercial sectors with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. With over 30 years of experience, we pride ourselves on our commitment to innovation, reliability, and building strong client relationships across the Northern Metro Atlanta area. Role Overview: As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the face of Colliflower Inc. in the Northern Metro Atlanta territory, driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. This role requires a proactive, bilingual professional who can effectively communicate with diverse clients and deliver tailored solutions to meet their hose and fitting needs. What You'll Do: - You will develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers within the assigned territory. - You will identify sales opportunities and provide expert product recommendations to meet client requirements. - You will conduct regular territory visits to build rapport and ensure customer satisfaction. - You will collaborate with internal teams to coordinate orders, deliveries, and technical support. - You will prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals. - You will track sales activities and report on market trends and competitor activity. - You will attend industry events and trade shows to promote Colliflower Inc. and expand your network. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress using CRM tools. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in industrial products or related fields. - Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong knowledge of hose and fittings products or a willingness to learn quickly. - Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships and close sales. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation within the Northern Metro Atlanta territory. - Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with Parker Hannifin products or similar industrial brands. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. - Technical background or understanding of hydraulic systems. - Previous experience in a bilingual sales role.
