We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to drive the development pipeline for new technology products and tools built by the Innovation Hub. This role is the connective tissue between creative vision, technical execution, and business reality. You’ll create roadmaps, coordinate cross-team work, and keep builds moving from prototype to rollout. If you’ve managed software or product development projects and can translate between creative, technical, and business teams without losing nuance, this is the role for you. You Might Be a Fit If You… You’ve managed software development projects, product builds, or technical tool rollouts—not just marketing campaigns You can write clear technical requirements that engineers, designers, and stakeholders all understand You know the difference between a milestone, a sprint, and a deadline—and you use the right one for the right context You’re comfortable vetting vendors, evaluating technical solutions, and making build-vs-buy recommendations You can hold your own in a room with developers and a room with creative directors—translating fluently between both You’re self-directed and can keep projects moving without constant oversight What You’ll Do Drive the development pipeline for new tech products and tools (internal platforms, GPTs, plugins, automations) Create clear roadmaps and prioritize development work in collaboration with the Head of Creative Technology Write technical requirements and scope documents that bridge creative intent and technical feasibility Plan and track software milestones, releases, and rollouts Vet vendors and third-party tools, making recommendations based on technical merit, cost, and fit Coordinate cross-team QA, testing, and change management for new tool deployments Keep stakeholders informed without drowning them—you know what to escalate and what to handle Maintain project documentation, decision logs, and status tracking Requirements 5–7 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in product development, web development, or creative technology Proven experience with software milestone planning, release management, and technical requirements writing Strong ability to translate between creative, technical, and business stakeholders Experience vetting and managing vendor relationships for technical tools and platforms Familiarity with modern development workflows (agile, kanban, CI/CD concepts) Excellent written communication—you can write a requirements doc, a project brief, and a status update with equal clarity Self-functioning at a mid-to-senior level—you don’t need hand-holding to keep work on track Must be available to work standard PST hours Bonus Points If You… Have worked in an agency or creative environment and understand the pace and culture Have experience with AI/ML product development or tool deployment Understand API integrations, cloud platforms, or no-code/low-code development Have managed change management processes for internal tool adoption Can read code well enough to evaluate technical feasibility and scope without being a developer What We Offer A collaborative, forward-thinking creative culture where craft, experimentation, and systems thinking are all valued Fully remote work environment with PST-based hours Full-time salary and benefits including healthcare, 401(k), generous PTO, and professional development support To Apply: To be considered for this position, please submit your resume along with a brief note describing your relevant experience and what excites you about this role.
